Vonis Garris is native to the Charlotte area, born and raised in Lancaster SC which is an hour outside of the city. He is very familiar with the surrounding areas from the edge of Charlotte like southend to rural areas across the border, as far south as Kershaw. 

He started his real estate career in 2022 a few years after graduating from the University of South Carolina.
